Auf den folgenden Seiten haben wir einen Online-Katalog für Standard-Abkantwerkzeuge eingerichtet. Sie können Ihre Wunschwerkzeuge im Warenkorb zusammenstellen und uns diesen online als Anfrage zusenden; sie erhalten dann umgehend ein Angebot.
Unsere Standard-Werkzeuge werden aus speziellem Werkzeugstahl der Güten 1.2312, 42CrMoV4 oder 41Cr4 hergestellt. Stempelspitzen sowie Einzugsradien werden induktiv gehärtet auf 52 - 56 HRc.
Basierend auf unserer 35-jährigen Erfahrung haben wir uns bei der Auswahl der Standardwerkzeuge
auf die in der Praxis überwiegend geforderten Ausführungen konzentriert.
Modifikationen sowie jede Art von Sonderwerkzeugen sind selbstverständlich möglich. Bei Anfragen hierüber bitten wir Sie, unser Anfrageformular auszufüllen und zuzusenden, das im Downloadbereich erhältlich ist.

Our standard tools are produced from special tool steel qualities: 1.2312, 4CrMoV4 or 41Cr4. The radius
of the punch and the wearing edges of the die will be inductive hardened up to 52 - 56 HRc. Based on our
35-years of experience in all kind of press brake tools, we have selected these tools, which are mostly used
in the bending processes and allow for the most requested bending operations. Modifications of standard tools
an each kind of bending-tools are possible. Based on our 35-years experience, we have chosen for the mostly used standard tools.
