Punches / Top Tools
Straight or Gooseneck punch: we manufacture any type of punch according to your requirements. All the parameters, such as: height, radius, adaptor etc., will be be designed to suit your Press Brake Machine, independent of the manufacturer. We manfacture according to your drawing, or we design the suitable tool for your profile.
Dies / Bottom Tools
We manufacture the dies according to an existing drawing, or we design the best suitable bottom tool according to your requirements. You can choose the number and size of V-openings, subject to the technical limitations.
Laser hardening
On request, we can Laser-harden the tools 2-3mm deep to a hardness of 55-60 HRc. More inforamtion is available here.
Materialgüte
Für unsere Abkantwerkzeuge benutzen wir i.d.R. den Werkzeugstahl 1.2312, den wir ausschließlich von einem einzigen deutschen Hersteller beziehen, so daß wir eine absolut gleichbleibende Materialqualität gewährleisten können.
